How my husband was hunted down, strangled, assasinated – Wife
The Registrar, National Examination Council (NECO), Professor Godswill Obioma, is dead.
The deceased’s wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Obioma, who reportedly confirmed his death claimed, according to a report by PUNCH newsapaper that her husband was assasination.
She declared that the late registar was strangled to death by yet-to-be-identified men in their home in Minna, Niger State, North central Nigeria.

Platforms Africa reports that Mr Obioma, 67, hailed from Abia, South-East Nigeria, was appointed head of NECO barely a year ago on May 14, 2020.
Mrs. Obioma in a statement said the assassins came in and killed him and left without taking anything.
Weeping profusely, she said her husband had just returned to Minna from an Abuja trip when the armed men, lurking in his compound, descended on him and strangled him.
The Police is yet to, as at the time of this news, made an official statement.
